Bill Hawkins: Continuing Education is Essential for Business Success!

For Executive Diamond and Former IBOAI Chairman Bill Hawkins, presenting Why Amway? and Product to Plan at past Achievers events was enjoyable and gratifying for several reasons — the feedback was positive from the IBOs who attended the sessions, having the company involve IBOs in the development and delivery of training demonstrates the company’s partnership with the field, and last but not least, it was a fun experience for someone with a “teacher’s mentality who will always love a classroom.”

When asked what was most rewarding about partnering with Amway, Bill was quick to respond,  “the cooperative spirit between the company and the field! Its better than it has ever been.” If you’ve been fortunate enough to witness Bill in action at Achievers, you understand just how contagious his enthusiasm and love for the business is. And, you’re also aware of how committed he is to keeping the partnership strong between the company, the field, and the family. For Bill, it’s what makes the AMWAY™ business model unique.

“Continuing education is essential for anyone who is serious about their trade and being successful”, according to Bill. He’s a big believer in training at any level because you’re never too old to learn something new and “if someone picks up even one new point from a presentation, then the time spent was worth it.”

Right now, as Bill sees it, training and education for our IBOs is a coordinated effort. “By using real IBO experience and leveraging the company’s resources, you’ve got a winning combination. We’re giving IBOs the best information and help we’ve ever given them — it’s why we’re growing. And I think it will continue. The future looks better than ever.”

  • I have been growing with you as an individual for over 40 years now, and enjoying every minute. Brought us through some tough places, with cheer. Thank you.
