Mitchel & Janelle Erickson – Emerald
Mitchel and Janelle (Jenny) Erickson have four children – Chloé, Colette, Calysta, and Christian. Making a living and creating time for four busy kids requires balance, prioritizing, teamwork, and passion. The Ericksons’ have found a way to make it all work.
Mitch, who has a Bachelors degree in pre-law, was working as a route driver for a textile company when he and Jenny, who ran a home day care business, were introduced to the AMWAY™ business opportunity.
“We signed up only hoping it might generate a little extra cash,” admits Mitch. “But early on we plugged into a successful team of high achievers who inspired us and got us moving.”
“We held Beauty Break workshops featuring ARTISTRY® Time Defiance® skin care products,” says Jenny. “Both the ARTISTRY Time Defiance Skin Refinishing Lotion and the ARTISTRY Time Defiance Intensive Repair Serum are good sellers and they help skin to act younger and look younger.
The couple also became great listeners. “We start conversations with people and find out what interests them,” says Mitch. “Whatever they’re into – sports, fitness, cooking, nutrition, skin care – leads easily into a discussion about what Amway has to offer, including the IBO business opportunity.”
“But it’s our lifestyle that speaks loudest about this business,” says Jenny. “We’ve struck a wonderful balance between work, family, and friends. It all sort of flows together. We want to help others achieve that.”
