May I offer my apologies. From your comments it seems you’ve had this experience with Amway Global before and, perhaps, addressed it with others in the company. I ask your forgiveness. Truly, it never occurred to me to have closed captioning applied, and for that, I apologize. We will not make that oversight again, within the blog.
