Vinny Pappalardo: Education is Key to Anyone’s Success!

Teaching, coaching, and mentoring comes naturally to Vinny Pappalardo, a former furniture store owner and salesman, now a successful Founders Diamond in the Amway business. Combine his passion and experience in the business with his warm, down-to-earth teaching style, and as the Amway Learning Center views it, you have an IBO Leader who can capture the attention and interest of IBOs at Achievers. And that’s just what he did in his presentation of Grow Your Income with Growth Incentives at Achievers 2010.

In speaking about the Achievers educational sessions, Vinny is quick to offer, “Anytime IBOs can train IBOs, it’s great. IBOs listen to IBOs who are out there, working the business every day. What they say is relevant, what they teach is credible.” Vinny and his wife Dayna are “big proponents” of the Corporation and IBOs creating training together. Vinny believes, “Education is key to anyone’s success in any profession so it was a privilege for me to be a part of the training at Achievers — and to give IBO Leaders insight into building their business stronger and making more money with Growth Incentives was very cool.”

Vinny points out his organization is young so when it comes meetings or training, it’s “gotta be quick.” They keep their open meetings as short as possible, but always find time for some element of education or training during them. They also recommend IBOs in their group take advantage of all the courses and information available to them through the Amway Learning Center. “We feel it’s very important to get people involved in whatever is available to help them be successful through our organization and the corporation.”

It is Vinny’s hope that the Amway Learning Center continues to co-develop training sessions with IBO Leaders — and that the IBOs who present at Achievers be active in the field so they’re believable. ”If they’re out there now working the business on a daily basis, what they teach will be relevant and credible. What they share will help others be successful, so it will have a positive effect for everyone who participates, including the IBO who presents. I know it did for me!”
