WWDB Believes Success Comes Through Partnership
The benefits of partnering with Amway on education and training are numerous, according to Triple Diamonds Greg and Laurie Duncan and Diamonds Tracey and Kimberly Eaton of Worldwide Dream Builders (WWDB). As Tracey Eaton puts it, “Amway has really helped us look at our business differently. By working closely with National Accounts and the Amway Learning Center over the last few years, we were able to take our business even further! Just by making a few small changes, the people in our organization are now making more money and their self confidence is up. Just like when I was a NFL football player. Teamwork and trust is definitely the key to success.”
This past year, in partnership with Amway, Eatons hosted a fun, festive event based on the semi-annual campaign entitled, “Go Big!” featuring BODYKEY by Nutrilite™. Kimberly described the event as “awesome.” Through Amway’s generous support, we were able to do loads of product giveaways which was a big hit. We also showed our team how easy it is to pull videos right off the Amway website and share them with others, like the great videos on BODYKEY by Nutrilite and the new ARTISTRY® YOUTH XTEND™ Collection.” The Eatons hosted the first event of this type to demonstrate to their organization how it can be both informative and fun. For the next campaign, they’ll leave it up to Platinum leaders to host their own events with downline IBOs. Tracey believes it is important “to be a student in the business” and take advantage of all the training and resources available through Amway, especially the product videos, credibility app, and income simulator.
Triple Diamond Greg Duncan is also a great fan of the product videos and all the technology available through Amway to help IBOs do business on the go. Greg points out that Gen Y want to conduct a mobile business and have control of their life and their time. “It is a digital age and people want the world to come to them. Amway has always been about empowering the individual; it is built on the opportunity for people to succeed. As technology advances, Amway is becoming even more relevant.”
WWDB as an organization makes a point of taking advantage of webinars and online training courses through the Amway Learning Center. Both the Duncans and Eatons recommend the courses to downline IBOs, as do many WWDB leaders.
Greg Duncan recently facilitated a Learning Center webinar on “Tough Questions” that he feels addresses important topics and questions IBOs are faced with when they’re talking with prospects and customers. He also highly recommends “the health and beauty product courses so IBOs can become fully informed on the products and better serve their customers.”
WWDB appreciates all the training, education, and technology Amway is continually developing to strengthen the business. They value their partnership with the Corporation. As Greg so eloquently says it, “When Amway is IBO-centric and works to make the business better for all IBOs, the business is better and stronger for all. We’re at a better place now than we’ve ever been.”
